Wichita Brewing Co & Pizzeria

Wichita Brewing Company, known to fans as WBC, began as a homebrewer’s dream and grew into Wichita’s own brewery and pizzeria. Its first brewpub opened in West Wichita in 2011, pouring five house beers alongside wood-fired pizza, and it still operates in that original location. A second brewpub opened in East Wichita in 2015, and the tap list grew to 17 house beers. The company has since added a pub in the Delano neighborhood, a production facility and an event venue called The Dub. The kitchen makes its pizza dough and sauce fresh in-house every day and bakes pizzas in a brick oven. The menu also includes appetizers, sandwiches, salads and sides. The bar also serves cocktails. WBC hosts live music, including acoustic Sunday sessions, and offers delivery and pickup.
