Wichita Brewing Co. – Delano

Wichita Brewing Company’s Delano brewpub opened in 2025 in Wichita’s historic Delano district near downtown. It is the company’s third brewpub. The building has two floors, a rooftop deck with what the company calls the original rooftop bar in Delano, two more patios and indoor seats for almost 200 people. Its interior design links the area’s past with its future. Known to fans as WBC, the company began as a homebrewer’s dream. Its first brewpub opened in west Wichita in 2011 with five beers and wood-fired pizza, and an east Wichita pub followed in 2015. A production facility added in 2016 brought canning, kegging and distribution that reached Missouri, Oklahoma and Wyoming. In 2020 WBC licensed and revived the beers of Tallgrass Brewing Company, an early Kansas craft brewer that had stopped brewing in 2018. WBC also contract-brews for Faith American, the brewery of actor Kelsey Grammer.
