White Crow Cider

White Crow Cider is a cidery and taproom in downtown Wichita, founded by Kenneth and Denise Gardner. Their love of cider began in 2014 during three months in Bristol, England, where they found a taste for dry English-style ciders. Back home they could not find the cider they had enjoyed, so they began making their own. After years of experimenting, they became certified cider makers through a course in Washington State, and in 2019 they leased a small space and got licensed. When the pandemic canceled festivals in 2020, they adapted with samples, growler fills and curbside pickup. Strong sales let them buy a downtown building, and after more than a year of building it out themselves, they opened the current taproom. White Crow makes small-batch ciders from dry to sweet and fruity to spicy, from traditional styles to experimental ones. Its flagship ciders are sold across Kansas.
