Fields & Ivy Brewery

Fields & Ivy Brewing Company is a craft brewery and restaurant in Lawrence, founded in 2019. It started with the goal of creating a gathering place for the Lawrence community. The owners spent several years renovating the former Lawrence Lumber Yard building and building a custom brewing system. Today the brewery runs a 20-barrel brewhouse, and its beer is distributed across Kansas and throughout the Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line. Brewmaster and COO Dan Chivetta is a St. Louis native and a graduate of the Siebel Institute. The brewers use local ingredients where possible and keep refining their recipes to make flavorful, approachable and creative beers. The kitchen serves scratch-made pizzas, appetizers, sandwiches, burgers and salads, and the brewery has an outdoor beer garden. It also mixes cocktails.
