Not Lost Brewing Company

Not Lost Brewing Company is a small brewery in historic downtown Ottawa, owned by Dusty and Melody Gentry, and it has served the town since 2019. The couple’s brewing journey began at beer festivals, where they learned which styles they liked, and after visiting more breweries than they could count, they decided to open their own. Dusty taught himself to brew from books, while Melody came up with ideas for fun beers. They started brewing in their basement and entered homebrew events and competitions. Finding a space took about two years. They secured one in the fall of 2018 and opened in March 2019. The brewery makes small batches that range from traditional styles to experimental beers, and the bar also serves seasonally inspired cocktails. Its beer is poured at select restaurants and bars in the area.
