ExBEERiment Brewing

ExBEERiment Brewing is a craft brewery in Gardner, owned by a veteran and founded on April 10, 2021. Its slogan promises the unexpected, one brew at a time, and it says it blends science, creativity and community into an ever-changing lineup. The beers range from crisp German-style lagers and bold Belgian-style ales to inventive seasonal releases, and the taps rotate often. The 13 Alpha Project series pays tribute to the owner and brewer’s former military career, with beers meant to combine precision, tradition and innovation. For guests who want something besides beer, the Elemental Elixirs series brings the same experimental approach to handcrafted cocktails, each designed with balance and a touch of scientific flair. The taproom is a relaxed, welcoming space for what the brewery calls a community of curious flavor seekers, and the brewery can be booked for private events.
