County Road Brewing

County Road Brewing is a family-owned brewery in Tonganoxie that opened in May 2025 and describes itself as the area’s only brewery. Founders Randy and Suzanne Addington are longtime Kansans and lifelong adventure seekers. They say the brewery was inspired by the scenic roads they have traveled and the people they have met along the way. The owners built it as a place to slow down over a pint brewed locally, share food and spend time with friends and neighbors, and they describe it as a gathering place for locals and travelers alike. The kitchen serves shareable bites and full plates meant to pair with the house beer, and the drink menu also includes cocktails. The brewery also hosts events.
