The Farm & The Odd Fellows

The Farm & The Odd Fellows is a brewery, coffee cafe and gathering place in Minneapolis, Kansas, housed in a renovated 1916 Odd Fellows building. Owners Keir and Ashley Swisher grew up in rural Kansas, in Lindsborg and Jewell. The Farm part of the name comes from Ashley’s upbringing on a family farm, and The Odd Fellows honors the building’s original history. Ashley, who owns the dental practice next door, led the design and development, and Keir, an emergency medicine physician, serves as the official beer taste tester. Since opening in 2021, the business has been divided into three spaces. The Bean is a coffee cafe with house-made treats. The Hops is a brewhouse with a tap wall of beers made in-house by its brewmaster. The Seed is a speakeasy-style game room with shuffleboard, pool and foosball.
