Manhattan Brewing Company

Manhattan Brewing Company is a craft brewery and taproom in downtown Manhattan, run by owners who have nearly 20 years of combined experience in the craft beer industry. It focuses on brewing and serving high-quality beer in a family-friendly setting, and its stated values are quality, community and education. The owners call Manhattan home and want to help build a craft beer culture the city can be proud of. Brewer Adam Krebsbach, a native of Norton, Kansas, moved to Manhattan in 2006 and likes to experiment with unusual ingredients. Brewer Garrett Paulman, a Nebraska native, began brewing in 2011 and trained at the Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago before turning professional in 2012. The brewery describes the two as complementary, with Garrett brewing traditional styles while Adam pushes into new territory. It also offers catering and a deck called The Brew Deck.
