Hidden Trail Brewing

Hidden Trail Brewing is a hangout-style brewery in Garden City owned by Cody, Michael and Rance. The three discovered while working together in the summer of 2020 that they shared the same dream: a brewery without a kitchen, focused on beer made in house, with an outdoor area, games and a rotation of food trucks. They spent that summer touring breweries in Kansas, Colorado and Nebraska to shape their plans. Demolition began in May 2021, with the owners doing much of the work themselves, and the brewery opened on November 24, 2021. The owners say sweat equity mattered to them, and they aim to make Hidden Trail a safe, welcoming place, including for people who felt they didn’t have one in Garden City. The taproom is family-friendly and welcomes well-behaved dogs, with arcade games, board and card games and foosball.
